FeltWhimsy currently ships to addresses within the United States.

MAKING TIME
Each FeltWhimsy piece is made to order and requires 7 business days to create and prepare.

SHIPPING TIME
Tracked shipping from the United States typically takes 5–10 business days.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Please allow approximately 12–17 business days from order placement to delivery. Orders placed on weekends begin processing on the next business day. Delivery estimates may shift around U.S. holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, or other events outside our control.

TRACKING
We will email tracking details when your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking activity to appear.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Contact support@feltwhimsy.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or has been dispatched.
