HANDMADE PRODUCTS
FeltWhimsy products are individually handmade and felted to order. Product photographs are intended to represent the overall design, but minor variations in color, shape, texture, and handmade detail are natural and make each piece unique.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order. We may cancel or decline an order if information is inaccurate, an item is unavailable, or we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity. If we cancel an accepted order, we will refund the amount paid for the unavailable item.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. You agree to provide accurate and current payment and shipping information.

MAKING AND SHIPPING
Most pieces are felted to order. Our current making and shipping estimates are stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Handmade, made-to-order items are final sale except for confirmed material defects, damage, or significant quality issues.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including product designs, photographs, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by or licensed to FeltWhimsy. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, FeltWhimsy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
