Size means the longest overall measurement of the finished piece, from one end to the other, including ears, tail, or accessories. We'll confirm the exact measurement direction with your design preview.
Estimates are in USD for one character. Each additional character and any extra accessories are quoted separately. Complimentary shipping is included for U.S. addresses; availability and shipping costs for other destinations are confirmed in your quote.

What can I customize?
We can create pets, people, and original characters, as one figure or a group. Each character is priced separately, and additional accessories are quoted separately. We'll confirm every detail before you pay.
Is the design preview free?
Yes. Your AI-generated design preview and personalized quote are free, with one free design revision before payment. The preview is a visual guide rather than a photograph or exact guarantee of the handmade result.
How do I place my order?
After you approve the design and quote, we'll email a secure Shopify checkout link. Enter your shipping details and pay in full there. We begin making your keepsake once design approval and payment are complete.
Can I request changes to the finished piece?
Yes. One round of changes is included at no extra charge. Send all requested changes together within 48 hours of receiving the finished photos. Changes usually take 3–5 calendar days. New characters or extra accessories are quoted and confirmed separately before we proceed.
What if I don't reply to the finished photos?
If we don't receive a change request within 48 hours after sending your finished photos, we'll prepare and ship the piece as shown. Please check your inbox and spam folder so you don't miss the review email.
Where do you ship?
Complimentary tracked shipping is included for U.S. addresses. For other destinations, contact us before ordering so availability, timing, shipping cost, and any applicable import charges can be confirmed in your quote.
Can I cancel my custom order?
You're welcome to decide whether to proceed after receiving your free design and quote. Once payment is completed, custom orders cannot be canceled.
Already received your quote?
Use the secure Shopify checkout link in your email to place your custom order. We begin making your keepsake after the design is approved and payment is complete.
